Help on two queries please--

1) how often does the Blue Mountain ( PCRR?-Frontier Rail?) service the Smith plant at Weston. do the carloads return to UP/BNSF via Walla Walla?

2) I was in Pilot Rock (Kinzua Lumber) today and saw not one rail car on site or anywhere on the branch. There were 30 or so center beams and Rail Box Plug doors in Pendleton which I assume fed the mill. Has the mill ceased using rail service?
