It is not going to happen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cant you get it through your pea sized brain???????
BART is not going to re-gauge. Cal Train will electicfy, the Dumbarton Bridge will eventually get rebuilt for ACE, CalTrain, and maybe even BART. There are to many people in the Bay area that depend on all of them, and they will all be there in 10, 20 , 30 years, or until there becomes a better way to move people around.
