I get that, life can be a crapshoot. But, of course, that has nothing to do crowd size phobias or crowd behavior phobias that have been raised.
If it doesn't run, then they'll be way less crowds, won't there? Problem solved, right? That's how that math works... Kind of like division by O... it's no longer "defined". And thus, is no longer a variable in the probability equation, on the likely crowd size it will attract.
I've got a new question out of that very good point, though. Which I could use, in order to do my own probabilistic calculations (like Rock Springs, or maybe, no Rock Springe, reservations). At what stage of successful "completion" and/or actual "sign offs" are the various 4014 required inspections, which are needed to allow UP to operate it?
