Do they use all 9 tracks on CBC pt.Hueneme Yard?

Saw the yard at Pt. Hueneme base cbc this morning and was wondering if all 9 of the
yard tracks capable of holding 80 tri-levels for Glovis America the auto shipper at
Pt. Hueneme. Was wondering that since looking at the google maps they look pretty
crappy and rusted. Saw the auto loading facility at So. Oxnard off the old VCY
Diamond/Kaiser lead and they can hold 20 racks but have to use the old Diamond
shamrock siding to run around the racks to pull to Industrial Plaza, Downtown Oxnard.
