The yard you are referring to is at Phosphate. Track originally ran up the gulch 4 miles to a load out, until I think the early 70's when they started trucking the phosphate ore to and loading it at the yard you see by I 90. This was Northern Pacific trackage and cars were interchanged to the SI at Sandpoint. The operations ceased I think about 1988.
