UP Detectors from Cheyenne to Missouri Valley to give entering message 3/31/19

Effective March 29, 2019 at 11:59 PM, All UP HOT AXLE Detectors located between Cheyenne and Missouri Valley Iowa and on the South Morrill and Powder River Subdivisions that are currently Talk on Defect only will be converted to Talk on ARRIVAL AND defect only. This means you’ll have more warning about trains coming and hear some Detectors that haven’t been heard in the past.
