That's because you look at everything as a dark conspiracy by "them" while most of the rest of us see conspiracy theories as entertaining, but not something to base decisions on other than when writing a script for a Fox TV series. Caltrain electrification makes sense from a system operating standpoint, full stop. There are some side benefits as well. None of it has to do with a steaming pile of BART-MTC-evil contractor conspiracies.
