OK. When was the last time either DDA40X #6936, or the 3 E units, have been used since 2011? Bet you could count either on just one finger. Plus, many false statements have been issued by members of the Cheyenne steam shop to various visitors, about all the different and varying "problems" with the 6936 and the "wheel situation" on the 3 E Units.
