Undermined - especially by your putative friends like MTC-SPUR. BART is ghettoing and the process could worsen with a large increase in the cost of PG&E electricity, meaning fare hikes and more gate jumping.

Van Ark could not even begin to get the State to revisit a scheme that clearly was headed to failure, even if Hillary had won. He comes out looking smarter than Dan Riohard, who was summarily canned.
