I have no special knowledge why she decided to leave, but I am pleased. When I once queried her about 24/7 service, she delivered the tired line about maintenance. Having used CTA and other rapid transit which managed 24/7 service and decent maintenance on two track routes, I look forward to someone who might understand that SF Bay Area needs all night transit.
