If you think charging $3,000 - $5,000 is reasonable for an excursion of under 100 miles, feel free to buy tickets. It never occurred to me that those who think the fare is too high couldn't be Republicans, Independents or political indifferents.

What are you talking about??? I've always purchased tickets for tourist railroads. In fact, I've donated $100 to support the restoration of a steam locomotive that I haven not yet had a chance to see.

Citizens United should be overturned. There should be strict limits on the money spent in federal elections with modest public funding provided to candidates to conduct campaigns.
