OERM Portable Derail, north of here, the Right of way is RCTC Property. South of here to the End of Track south of Mapes Road, the right of way is owned by the City of Perris:

This is the location where OERM and an RCTC Approved contractor would have to install a switch or maybe even a Control Point?

OERM and an RCTC approved contractor with a right of way entry Permit would need to extend the the OERM Mainline to this crossing before building into the Ward Kimball Depot:
