While Dr Z is probably correct short term,a new bridge with AAR standard guage rails connecting SMART to Richmond BART for transfers would be very useful FWIW, although being currently turned into a hiking/biking trail, the old Santa Fe ROW paralleing BART could be restored to bring SMART to ECDN affording multiple bus transfers.
