This is a section of street running in Anaheim on the remains of the Santa Ana branch (gone beyond the industrial area of South Anaheim, due to the widening of the I-5 in the 90's). It also branched, of at one time, to connect with the UP line up to Fullerton (formerly parallel to the ATSF), up to where the old ketchup factory was located. I used to run sugar beet trains to Dyer in the early AM, up the streets of Anaheim.
I saw somewhere that this is the last of the genuine "electric flagman" wigwag signals in CA on the UP. IIRC PE put in the first "wig-wag" at Michallinda and Huntington Drive in 1908. All of those in Colton on the old Riverside Branch are gone, too, from what I heard.
