Lack of funding from INDOT ends Amtrak's Hoosier State

Indianapolis has done nothing, unlike the rest of the Hoosier communities to keep pressuring INDOT from funding the Hoosier State, and now the Senate. Also. The train has to be dispatched by more than three different railroads:
