Is this a current photo? The SD-45's are back in service? Hope so.
What is the purpose of the 3 SD-40's that run between Laurel and Spokane/Pasco these days?
Are they paying back horsepower hours or is BNSF short of power on the northern lines?
Saturday PM the Laurel--Spokane ran all the way to Yardley with the three without the usual
BNSF leader added for PTC. Huge train and the three sounded nice. Looking forward to your
recording.
