While I'm not Nuge, I can say that if the black lung can be proven to be "railroad related", said individual would be eligible for an RRB pension for reasons of disability. If the black lung is not related to RR service, then no. And BTW, "black lung" is not normally associated with RR jobs. Tearing a meniscus in the knee while at work or health related problems arising from diesel engine fumes are.
