There's no need for that kind of talk.
He just seems to be someone with rage issues, who seems to get himself off, by trolling a train site, with his horse crap.
He's most likely harmless, although possibly mentally ill. In which case, he's not responsible, and needs our prayers, not our condemnation.
And, if that is the case, just maybe, with professional intervention, like psycho-therapy, antibiotics, and/or anti-psychotic medications, he can recover.
