Did not notice the jacket issues. Another indication of poor management, apparently Ed was too busy making chrome wash out plug rings and UP number shield cab floors to be bothered with such details. With the amount of time since 4014 was moved from California, there is no excuse for sloppy workmanship and slapping things together down to the wire. But... there is the issue of finding people who will/ can work under the current management.
