Timber Heritage Association up in Eureka has the same issue. While lucky enough to have a roundhouse and car shop to keep their locomotives dry, much of what they have is outside, including an 8 car Harriman Era passenger train. Ocean salt, wind and wet are not kind to this stuff in Humboldt County.
