i was at carrizo gorge last month Baja Rail has done a couple things, installed signage, re-railed the cars at dubbers and pushed them back on the spur, locked a handful of tunnel gates but not much else that i could see

the tunnel N. of goat canyon(tunnel six?) has partially collapsed since i was last out there

for the latest in the business/political situation this article is a good start
