BNSF1995: You are really awesome!! The US really needs more folks like you!!!
These gosh darn NIMBYs limit progress everywhere. Anyone who proposes a homeless shelter, new school, methadone clinic, sewer plant or an apartment building in an urban or suburban community is often opposed by NIMBYs. However, you are a fine upstanding citizen and understand that for society to function that these projects have to go somewhere.
Because you used "NIMBYs" and not "railroad opponents," it is clear that you have a global view of these matters.
