215 open as of 1700 Friday

The CHP CAD site shows 215 being reopened in stages between 4 and 5 on Friday afternoon; all open at 5PM. Since the railroad is right next to the freeway, it should be usable again as well. Streets around the crash site remain closed. General area of crash (not clear from articles which building it crashed into): [www.google.com]
