This is the stuff that happens when you have guys like Rand Paul influencing foreign policy. Soon we'll have Russian missiles in Venezuela, a Chinese controlled canal in Nicaragua, a Chinese rail system in Panama, a space mission control station built by the Chinese military in Argentina and etc, etc. The Chinese and Russians have an insatiable appetite when it comes to all things Western Hemisphere. But hey, at least we'll have "the wall", lol. All hail Trump!
