NCRA-NOVATO near Settlement

According to their website, NCRA has a special meeting at 11 AM involving the consent decree and the suit filed by the City of Novato. Likewise I saw that the City of Novato website has only one Agenda item on Monday nights special City Council Meeting and that is the Consent Decree involving the suit with NCRA. If both bodies vote in the affirmative, then the consent decree is agreed to and the suit is settled pending the Judges review next week.
Sounds like the NCRA will be able to finish the work between Lombard and Windsor in an effort to resume service.
