The long train of hoppers were in storage at Windsor not returning empty from local feed mills. The tanks are also storage cars. The video of five hoppers crossing Hwy 37 were about average maybe 10 cars a week.Aside from the storage NWP hauls about400-500 cars a year. No new business, spurs or customers in years.
