While you're unfortunately right about the no new business side of things, none of the trains in these videos are of storage hoppers, those were moved from Windsor to Burdell in April. All the hoppers are revenue cars to or from petaluma. Trains average between 3 and 12 cars depending on UP's PSR tomfoolery, 6 or so is common after the tanks are dropped in Schellville. The storage tank cars do however bring in a pretty penny.
