That's not what the story said. Basically, NCRA owes a lot of money to NWP, not the other way around, and what's been offered so far doesn't cover that let alone some kind of profit. Bosco obviously has a price, but the offers don't come close to it.

Bosco's playing with matches, though. If NCRA files for some form of bankruptcy to finalize the whole mess, he could end up with a haircut. We'll see...
