Novato settles suit with NCRA

Mike Arnold, eat your heart out! Novato Silly Council tonight approved the Consent Decree with NCRA. Marin Co. Superior Court could certify the agreement this week, paving the way for the final bridge and track contracts to be let. Revenue Service could be up and running by the end of Winter, 2009.
