As I understand Pacific Sun RR only has the Escondido and Miramar branches with trackage rights between Stuart Mesa and Miramar, no access to customers on the main (no customers anyway, I don't think). BNSF still has their night job up into Cudahy... for now?

I do wonder how BNSF is switching the San Onofre nuclear plant, assuming they are still shipping the radioactive waste.
