Chris you may be right in that BNSF owns the Miramar industrial trackage and maintains some tracks in Escondido, so Sun Pacific=track maintainance? The Watco guys appear to be doing the old BNSF Escondido locals job which included San Onofre. Cudahay is what I meant by Moreno. Union Tribune gets paper there. Will see in future.
