To Chrisb.The tracksge rights for Pacific Sun Railroad are from MP207.41 north of San Onofre to MP253.00 at Miramar including the industial branch. And from MP0.0 at Oceanside to MP21.3 at Escondido including the industial branch there.Thats about it for now.We will see if more trackage will be added later.I do wonder if this is the begining of the end for BNSF in San Diego?
