Middle Harbor Road is the name of the street leading to/from the overpass in the background.

The units are on the South Main. To the left of them is the North Main. Neither tracks were actual main tracks as prescribed by the rules. WP's Oakland Yard is behind the photographer's left shoulder. The site of the roundhouse, passenger yard and balloon track is out of sight on the right. If this is an outbound train, it will move eastward towards Magnolia.
