Places nobody shoots (but should)

Green River, Utah: From the Green River State Park boat launch ramp, there's a great view of the UP (former DRGW) bridge over the Green River. Good in morning light. I think it's $6 for a day visit to the park.

Point of Rocks, Wyoming: Get off the freeway, cross the tracks, turn east at the old stage station. This is a really well-maintained dirt road with almost no traffic (saw one other car in 48 hours). It parallels the UP very well. In the five miles east of Point of Rocks, there are some really good curves.

Victorville, California: From the bridge at the south edge of town, you should be able to climb up onto the rocks and shoot down into the Mojave Narrows from above. (I haven't actually tried this one. If you do, you should probably watch for snakes.)
