There are a lot of "Restricted" bridges, tunnels, etc. Even when we would run the #49. It was in our TOs. Also the max speed authorized.

Contact the 49 crew. Im sure someone is left that could have read a set.

I know I still have my old sets from the 80s when I was a pilot. One is the set going up Cuesta from SLO to Wat Jct. The others are Dunsmuir to K Falls, (twice) K Falls to Dunsmuir (twice) and Dunsmuir to Chico. (Thats where I died.)

You want to see close, check the rotary's. Your looking at 1 1/2 inches from plow to signal.

Now with the #4014 in the mill, it is a new ball game. In the day and change with computers, it will be fine. (we hope)
