Some have thought that Washington Department of Transportation should allow an excursion pot train on it's underfunded Eastern Washington freight branches as a way to get money to fix them up. Pot heads likely wouldn't notice that the trains only go 5 m.p.h. in many places.
They could sell the pot and the snacks on the same train.
