It's about time. The equipment has been sitting on the interchange for awhile.

If SMART is taking over ownership of the whole NWP ROW I wonder if the GGRM will be able to get permission to operate.

How accessible will the equipment be at the new site? I hear it will be safely fenced in and protected but will it be open to the public at all?
