SMART Not To Be Trusted

This is just business as usual. SMART is not trustworthy. The management team contains very canny political operators who know how to manipulate the public and perhaps the SMART board.

They did some pretty crummy stuff in 2016 and 2017 in misleading the public about full commute service and opening times. It wasn't just that they kept stuff secret, which they did do over and over but they appeared to have intentionally put out information that would mislead the public.
