[Off topic?] Man dies in Idaho jail

This story is outrageous.

A man was pulled over by "law enforcement" in Idaho on suspected DUI. Turns out the man just had some disabilities and was ill. He was jailed and died in jail a week later.

This is railfanning-related because I have seen some railfans trackside who could fall into the disabled category. Woe to such a railfan should he get arrested by ignorant law enforcement officers.
