"Our" discussion group certainly includes a wide range of Fourth Estate backgrounds. Thanks, very much.

A bit of my engineering background: Once-upon-a-time, I, too, was a variety of "sanitation worker", mentioned by one of our responders. Guiding the installation of a centrifuge that separated #1 from #2 at the downhill end of a sewage treatment plant. #2 became forest fertilizer; #1 went out to sea. I had no sense of smell for several years.

The benefits: Great train watching and great ship watching.
