I doubt it. They're not historic, and the cost of re-gauging them wouldn't be worth the time or money. There are too many other pieces of rolling stock that are actually historic in value that need restoration or repair, and the money would be better spent there.

BART uses 3rd rail, which none of the museums use. It's too dangerous and too much of a liability on right-of-ways that are not 100% isolated and secured. You also run into the problem of voltage. BART uses 1kV DC. BAERA uses 600 V. I am not sure what voltage OERM uses, but I would imagine it's similar to BAERA's voltage.
