I doubt that they would ever build a replica station but they could store a set of old BART cars in one of their yards and occasionally run a charter like the NYC subway museum does.
Maybe Market Street railway could sponsor the trips since BART does run under Market Street.They usually start at the end of a line where passengers with special tickets could board. The special would not stop at intermediate stations just like an out of service train.
They could also be rented out for late night film shoots after regular service ends if the movie takes place in the 1970's thru the present.
