Well, no.

The link in your original post was fine. No problem seeing the image.

However, AP breaks links when they're relayed as part of "Quote this Message" text. Take a look how the link looks and works in "."'s post, or how the link looks above in this reply to your recent post. Knowing this, I try to always be sure that all links in my posts, including those picked up via "Quote this Message" text, will work when my message is posted. That said, I'm specifically not restoring the link in this message.
