Do you really mean that Marin County commuters would be dumped on the existing BART system and have to take local BART trains to get to San Francisco?

Wouldn't that have the potential to saturate BART trains right at the start of their runs, making all BART's current passengers have to stand all the way into San Francisco?

And would commuters from Marin to SF have to ride a local BART train to/from SF every day, making every stop from Richmond to SF?

Or are you suggesting that some sort of express track be added to BART to increase capacity for long-haul commuters?
