I was stuck on a GGT bus in the 101 parking lot one morning when they didn't get the night's work on the deck finished in time (all lanes open by 0600 was the requirement IIRC). We didn't come to a full stop until somewhere near Sausalito (early run), but I understand that the backup stretched nearly to Novato that morning, Level of Service G. The contractor never perpetrated that again...
