That's the mailing address they use for public communications. They've had a mailing address and office in DC, forever, that's where their government affairs folks are based.

I don't know if they've moved, but operations and the "mother ship" was based back in Philly for most of the 40 years I worked with them. If you actually worked with them or for a RR you'd probably have known that....and wouldn't have to depend on google.
