Your previous post referred to "Amtrak's leadership" in Philly. "Leadership" implies "front office," which we agree is in DC, no doubt to appease the politicians. Reading your post, it sounds like you disagree with policy/bean counter types regarding the state-run services.

Your snide and condescending post above makes it sound like Philly is a back office operations center. Do they set policy? If you need to clarify this, please don't condescend to people who have not had the joy of working for Amtrak.
