PSR = Lower raffic volumes and earning$....? Other signs of slowing rail volumes?

I see all of the big PSR RR's stocks tanked big time on Wall Street today, on CSX's much weaker than expected traffic volumes....
I wonder how that theory that you can run off small volume rail customers, with poor service, and high demurrage charges, while gouging your higher volume captive traffic base, to supposedly save enough money from operating costs, to show those higher earnings per share, really working?
The market sure wasn't singing the praises of PSR today....
On a "macro" economic note about falling rail traffic volumes, how many of your are actually seeing increasing car storage out there in the real world? Where? What kind of equipment? How long?
