Glad NWP is handling grain for the local favorite brewery.
I am sure rail spurs are expensive to construct.
A shame they can’t take up a spur elsewhere and plant it for the brewery. Previously NWP got a good deal on a used bridge.
If the GGRM museum is going to take up residence on the NWP they could say “no rent this year, instead build us a brewery spur”.
Barter is a good business solution.
Same way class one’s pay off track usage with locomotive hours.
