One down two to go.....NCRA now waits for Marin and Sonoma County to vote yea or nay on SMART. If its passes, NCRA is the recipient of Class 5 track Ignacio to Cloverdale, a complete infra-structure rebuild, CTC, PTC, and plenty of passing sidings and some double track. If SMART loses, then they have the ROW bought by public money, all to themselves. The commute service and passenger trains will follow sometime in the future. Nothing more to debate. I know that Drew, Sam and others will welcome seeing the railroad operating and taking pictures.
